I actually finished this combo long ago, before writing this post. I got them when I visited the Zenutrients HQ, I wanted to change my hair color, but I feel that my mane is too damage to handle another ounce of chemicals. I was told that if I want to revive my hair I could use this Gugo Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner. As a Filipino we know that Gugo was the ancient shampoo along with Aloe Vera and Sabila.
This natural wonders help the hair grow thicker and healthier. Based on my experience (which I am warned about) my hair became frizzy as ever (the color treated part) but my hair is growing faster and it is black. The waves of my hair become more prominent and although my hair is not totally black now, I have to deal with it until the color fades.
The shampoo smells like Ricola (candy) and the bark inside (for me) gives a more natural/organic vibe. I tend to put a lot because if your hair is greasy it does not produce much suds. The conditioner, on the other hand is extremely cool, I mean it has menthol and if you want to wake up in the morning this shampoo can perk you up.
I have plans to get another bottle just to continue nourishing my hair. Hopefully it’ll become healthier in no time.
