I really want to interject more fashion posts because I want to share my shoulder pads collection. HA! Just kidding!
Last Tuesday it was raining, according to the weather center it is not rainy season yet but it’s raining every night.
Oh well my flats from Parisian died.
Bought at SM Megamall Department Store for Php499.75
I don’t have time to rush it to the nearest Mr. Quickie so I bought a new one at St. Francis Square for only Php280.00
I like plastic flats for rainy season, it saves the life of the flats itself and I don’t feel irritated when my feet got wet.
I prefer the plastic material rather than the rubber ones because when it gets wet it leaves my feet. I remember walking barefooted along Emerald Avenue without noticing. It was so embarrassing.
I consider flats as a ‘disposable’ staple in anyone’s closet because you wear it until it’s worn out. I am a commuter (Laguna-Pasig-Laguna) everyday and I sometime walk along south super highway when my bus won’t drop me off at the bus stop.
I am sure all of you can relate.
I don’t mind wearing inexpensive shoes as long as I can maximize its usage and it looks fab. After all if I just going to walk it along gravel and mud my Php280.00 is a thumbs up.
How about you guys? Do you buy shoes and other fashion pieces in thrift shops/tiangge?
And if you want me to post fashion related posts…

I’ve worn out so many plastic flats. I use it even if it is not rainy. 😛
Yes! Flats are surely a life savior for commuters. Comfy and it doesn’t make us feel guilty when it gets scratches or gets broken like what our more expensive heels do. Loving your new flats, Sammy! 😀
